This is a 17006, Except the Motor is Slightly Shorter and the Solenoid Ignition Terminal is a Plastic Plug Hanging Off of the Solenoid Cap. There are 2 Types of Units in the Field That Have the Same OE # (M1T84381ZC / 56041012AB) But Have the Ignition Terminal on Opposite Sides of the Solenoid Cap. The Version That is "Made in Japan" Has the Ignition Terminal on the Right Side, While the "Made in Cincinnati" Has it on the Left Side. The Units are Identical Otherwise. If the Older 17006 is Any Indication of the "Proper" Side for the USA Jeep's, It Would Be on the Left Side.
